Pre-Conditions

Everything necessary for something to happen appears to be present: attraction, proximity, protection, decoration, appetite, perhaps a little bad judgement.

But nothing actually happens.

​

The objects remain suspended in that more interesting moment just before events acquire consequences — when almost anything could still be innocent, accidental, or the beginning of a story someone may later regret explaining.
